Dr. Bob I have watched many videos of you on YouTube and i checked your website and they are really interesting, you helped me a lot with your valued instructions. I suffer from high blood pressure and my metabolism is really weak; I feel lazy the whole time. However, I started to a healthy diet for one year I only felt better recently when I stopped buying those junk food or those products who claims they are organic. I started to make my own foods and buy seeds and grind them by myself and I wish I could have my own farm so I can be rest assured about what I eat. In this age I would never trust any products but sadly I’m sometimes forced to eat unhealthy when I go somewhere.

I have one question about Salt! You are always recommending Celtic Sea Salt instead Himalayan salt, why?!

I have used Celtic Sea Salt with great success for my practice members.

Do you know the cause of hoarseness? Thank you.

What do you suggest for a new first time mom and 40 yrs old that has been just diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. Thank you‼️ you are the best, and I value your opinion‼️

I see arthritis commonly with practice members who have liver congestion. My first suggestion would be to limit (or stop completely, gluten).

Any way to regrow thinning eyebrows?

The first thing you would need to do would be to improve your thyroid function, (which thinning eyebrows is often a body signal).
