@DruglessDoctor Are there any drugless ways to treat a hernia?

Not that I have used.

Why is morning fasting blood sugar higher in the morning after 12 hr fast than prior to going to bed the night before? 130 pm vs. 140 am fasting might e typical. A1C is 7 with Metformin.

It is not the same for everyone. (More info in video)

I have had trouble with dry hands for years, mostly on the palms and fingertips, which are fairly rough year round. I use a shower filter and natural soap; I try to avoid lotions, creams and oils (coconut oil makes it worse), my eating is clean and I take some flax/fish oil. The kids say my hands are scratchy. Help!

We have successfully used blackcurrant seed oil and calcium.

How does 1 work on “estrogen dominance” or “subpar thyroid”? And adrenal fatigue exercise more or less?

Estrogen dominance is best helped by supporting your liver’s function. (More info in video)

Dr Bob, is it ok to put coconut oil all over your body? I have been putting it on my body and face. I notice my face is getting blackheads. Could this be the cause?

Yes, it could be the cause.

Can Drenamin be used like Prednisone to help treat inflammation with duchenne muscular dystrophy?

I would want to see the results of an Adrenal Stress Index Saliva Test.

I just read your book ‘Dr Bob’s Guide to Stop ADHD in 18 Days’. I was wondering why you chose Salmon Capsules rather than Cod Liver Oil or Tuna Oil. And if it’s significantly difference for results which brand you would recommend. I’m a Chiropractor and Clinical Nutritionist. I use a lot of Standard Process, Mediherb.

At the time, we used salmon capsules, now, we use an anchovy and sardine oil-based product.

Why don’t you recommend chewing gum?

What I have found, sugar and the sugar alcohols (Xylitol included) upset the digestion in your body.

Why do dentists say you should chew gum? Does it help digestion after a meal?

The best way to help digestion is not to chew gum, but to eliminate foods that disrupt digestion, including gluten and dairy. (More info in video)

I’ve heard you say bad things about nightshades (causing shoulder pain, etc.) but cayenne pepper is a nightshade, and it’s touted to be a pain killer? Is this not a contradiction, and can you explain the contradiction? I take cayenne/turmeric capsules daily. Will this work to boost turmerics properties, or does it have to be black pepper?

It’s ALL about helping your liver (More info in video)
