It seems that anything that has a high content of B Vitamins irritates my bladder to the point where there is very uncomfortable pain and urgency to relieve my bladder. What would be causing this? I can understand that coffee, alcohol, and those types of acidic foods can cause bladder irritation but it seems that even healthy options can bring on the pain especially any foods or supplements with B Vitamins.  I cannot take any multiple vitamins or any supplement with B vitamins or else I get this horrible bladder irritation pain.

It may be the type of B vitamins you are taking; you may have other issues like a chronic bladder infection. I would recommend a urine analysis (Contact) and have seen many times is parasitic involvement. (More info in video)

Hi Dr Bob, I am 54 years old and female, I struggle with pain and stiffness in my left shoulder and I wake up  to  my hands going numb. I have been told it is tendonitis and carpal tunnel. I have been going to a chiropractor for many years. Also I am fatigued, I cannot lose weight. I cut sugar out, I am on Iodine, I do the ABC’s you recommend and I even take a chromium for the sugar crave. I exercise when time is allowed me to. What am I doing wrong?

We always find left neck and midback pain to be a pancreas issue. It could be fruit and/or dairy, and most of the time, it is a food sensitivity. (More info in video)

Dr. Bob, my 86 year old Mother was recently diagnosed with Trigeminal Neuralgia. Can you offer any advice for her pain and remedy for her condition. Thank you.

Most of the time we find facial pain to be a mineral need, especially calcium. I would consider a hair analysis and a thyroid panel. Also, check her teeth for any previous infected procedures.

Hi Dr Bob, I just had a food intolerance test (IgG) and it came back that I was intolerant to Yeast, Egg White and borderline reaction to Egg Yolk. What do you think the underlying issue is here and what is the best way to fix it or live with it? I’ve been suffering from fatigue after meals and I think this may have been the cause.

I have found food and function are impacted by poor digestion. I would try a digestive enzyme and chlorophyll. You do not want to take just any type of digestive enzyme (More info in video)
