Why “no” peanut butter?
From our experience, peanut butter is a mold that leads to body distress. It can also cause digestive concerns. (More info in video)
I am a 53-year-old mother of 2 who is developing puffy under-eye “bags” that resemble my father’s! Is there a dietary change I can make or something I should add or avoid? Thank you, Dr. Bob! I enjoy watching you on Today With Marilyn and Sarah.
I can be a histamine and/or liver challenge. I would suggest bouncing on a ball to help your lymphatic system. Watch what you are putting under and on your eyes. (Contact us for the histamine product)
My daughter is allergic to all trees (anything that has a pit in it). Is there anything she can do?
Those allergies are tough to provide the best answer, but there is a blood test we use, looking for mast cells and a product to minimize histamine in the gut. (Contact)
I get body water retention with my airborne allergies. Could that be linked to low thyroid I wonder?
I would suggest trying the product we began working with an anti-histamine factor (Contact)
Do you have a remedy for psoriasis? My wife is on her fourth different medication for a severe case of psoriasis combined with psoriatic arthritis. The other medications have only worked temporarily, if at all.
Psoriasis is almost always a liver issue.
My son is 21 and just diagnosed with Celiac Disease. He has no symptoms but blood work and a biopsy showed evidence of it. Is it necessary to be completely gluten free or can he have a little in his diet?
I would avoid gluten. There are tests that can be completed to see if there is cross-reactivity. Dairy and coffee may create distress. Also, check for parasites.
My 13 years old sister has had eczema since she was a child. Can you please provide me with things and foods that we can do to help her heal naturally? And how we can slowly stop the corticosteroids, as going cold Turkey, which we tried seems to intense for her at this moment of her life. I also got informed that stopping the topical corticosteroids can put high pressure on the adrenal glands, which is why it was not a good idea to stop it immediately. Therefore, is there anything we can do to activate the adrenal glands or to strengthen them? Any recommended foods?
We use blackcurrant seed oil. More info in video (Contact for EFA Bloodspot Test)
