Are kids born with ADD?
Oftentimes, ADHD kids have ADHD/ADD parents. More can be found in my “Guide to Stop ADHD in 18 Days.”
Hi Dr.! I would like to know what is your opinion with metformin? I got diagnosed with gestational diabetes and my numbers after fast are 120 it should be 90! They want to put me on insulin but I really don’t want to. So they gave me metformin, even though the doctor told me it won’t work because my fast is to high. so we are just delaying the insulin.
I would recommend some lifestyle changes. I would eliminate sugar, fruit, and grains. Focus on mid-glycemic foods and protein.
Dr. Bob, what can I do to get rid of ringworm?
I would purchase our Agrisept-L and take up to twenty drops a day, internally. Also, I would add 4-5 drops into a spray bottle and apply to the area. Depending on the area, you can also add drops into a bath and soak. (More info in video)
Thank you Dr. Bob! I am doing all the right things but it is good to hear any extra info you have. The hardest part has been the weight gain. I am taking supplements for the thyroid. I was taking supplements for the adrenals too. I will start that again. I take Vitex berry, too. What can I do for the weight gain related to hormones?
Weight gain can be caused by a variety of issues. I would need to look at your thyroid numbers to make any recommendations. I would suggest minimizing all grains and focus on vegetables on proteins. (More info in video)
I read your book on balancing female hormones in 2014 because I had a gigantic fibroid (5x8x3cm) which I had surgically removed but wanted to keep from coming back. In your book you recommend quitting coffee which I promptly did but now all I hear is about the benefits of organic, single source, fairly traded coffee. Can I go back to drinking coffee? Should I? I currently drink a cup of green tea daily. I used to drink one cup a day of black coffee with no sugar but I was only concerned about it being fair trade organic. I’ve since learned more about how it should be processed. Thanks! I’d love to know what you think about this.
Coffee can place a demand on your adrenals and the liver. Your goal is to improve estrogen clearing. (More info in video)
