Hi Everyone!
Thank you for trusting us to share with you health information (both fun and thought-provoking) each and every week. With that said, let’s look at what we talked about this past week, including cataracts.
How is your eyesight? In this week’s “What Can I Do For …” I am sharing about cataracts and how your can #PreventSurgery. To view and download my Cataracts’ chapter, visit this link.
One of the biggest questions I am asked is “What should I take?” in terms of nutrition and prevention. Instead of “taking” something, begin today to think about becoming healthier and make the decision to do so.
Some Ideas:
-Begin your day with prayer and gratitude
-Only say positive things about yourself
-Remove unnecessary stress from your life
-Ask others how you can help them
-Seek out a skilled chiropractor and nutrition coach to help create a plan of optimal health for you.
Here is a “thinking” image for you. I stopped drinking pop/soda thirty years ago (my drink was Diet Pepsi), and it was one of the best decisions I have made. I encourage you to make steps to do the same.
In an #OptimalU throwback with the one, the only, Ms. Kaminski, we are looking at the products you put on your body, also find their way into your body. The average female applies 150 different chemicals to her body each day, and can affect estrogen levels, leading to hormonal changes. Instead of the “need to” apply all these products, especially for dry skin, I would encourage you to add an omega-3 oil (flax, anchovy) and iodine.
