1. If on basically a grain free, (dairy and sugar free too) and using more par-cooked veggies than raw. Where does a good portion of fiber come from?
It’s wise to vary the way that you prepare your vegetables (raw, steamed, sauteed). If raw vegetables bother you, you are most likely acid. Start sauteed if that’s the case.
2. How much is a person supposed to take for a zinc deficiency (from your 1/2 hr to health on memory)?
We use the Aqueous Zinc Test to determine if someone needs zinc in their life. We also use Zn-Zyme. Body signals of a zinc deficiency include large pores on your face.
3. Why am I thirsty after I eat pork?
4. Allergies, peanuts, milk, gluten, wheat — poor digestion is one of the reasons.
From our experience, peanut butter, dairy, and gluten. That will help with allergies.
