1. In addition to having Crohns, I was recently diagnosed with Atrial Fibrillation. I do not have any heart disease & never s smoked! The doctor prescribed Diltiazem a twice daily and an aspirin once a day! Is there anything I can do to help my body heal? The doctor says it is common as one ages.
We use an Acoustic CardioGraph at our practice which is used to assess the mechanical sounds of your body. We have found individuals who don’t have enough minerals can have altered function of the heart, which your Crohn’s can be interrupting mineral absorption. I would consider a liquid mineral to help.
2. What’s your interpretation of my thyroid test that I got a few days ago. My doctor told me my thyroid is “perfectly fine” but I have serious doubts that it is. I have all symptoms of Hypothyroidism or Hyperthyroidism. Blood test results:
FREE TRIIODOTHYRONINE 6.5 3.5 – 6.5 pmol/L
THYROTROPIN (SENSITIVE TSH) 7.48 HI 0.30 – 4.00 mIU/L
FREE THYROXINE (FREE T4) 18 9 – 23 pmol/L

3. I was at store today looking for Himalayan salt. I found sea salt and the label said does not contain iodine. I didn’t have my phone to take a photo. What in the world? Can you help me understand

4. Is there any side effects or discomfort when taking it? (Livotrit Plus)
There’s a possibility it would create mid back discomfort and digestive distress. We would also suggest Beta Plus, which are beta salts.
5. I have a problem with heavy leg syndrome and belly fat. I am 68 and am slowing down but I want to be more active.
Your body may need minerals. You can soak in Epsom salts and bounce on a ball for exercise to begin.
Hi Dr. Bob I have twitching in that happens all over my body. Sometime it quite often and other days I don’t notice at all. What could be causing this?
