I read it is important to take Vitamin K and Magnesium when taking Vitamin D. Is this true? I usually take it by itself.
I personally take vitamin D on its own (two drops on my tongue daily).
Can you please provide me with a list of foods and supplements that aid in preventing the blood from clotting?
It’s important to avoid sugar and omega-6 fats. You may consider the Bloodspot EFA Test to assess the inflammatory levels in your body. This will potentially minimize an episode. (More info in video. Contact us.)
You addressed tinnitus in one of your videos. However, I was diagnosed with Meniere’s disease last year in May. When it started it was very bad and a loud noise in my left ear. Is there a major difference between the two? I understand that fluid and pressure is associated with Meniere’s. It is better now but I would like more relief if possible. My thyroid is normal.
“Meniere’s disease is a disorder of the inner ear that causes episodes in which you feel as if you’re spinning (vertigo), and you have fluctuating hearing loss with a progressive, ultimately permanent loss of hearing, ringing in the ear (tinnitus), and sometimes a feeling of fullness or pressure in your ear”
We’ve seen improvement with AE-Mulsion. More info in video.
On your FB live you mentioned golfing and estrogen on the golf course; what about regular grass walking?
Any grass which has been sprayed, would be best to avoid. Ca-D-Glucarate is a product we use to help reduce estrogen.
