What about a baquacil hot tub/pool?
We have access to certain types of technology in our practice that allows us to know that baquacil is some sort of peroxide. It also has the capability to alter your physiology like bromine, chlorine, and fluorine.
Why gluten is related to Hashimoto’s Hypothyroidism?
The problem with gluten across the board, is that gluten impairs the absorption of minerals by “gluing” itself to villi in your intestines. The Hashimoto’s is an autoimmune disorder where the body is actually attacking itself.
Hello Dr. Bob. How do you treat Shingles? We need help. Thank you.
I help my practice members prevent shingles with vitamin D. Viruses, like shingles, are often a body signal of not enough calcium. I also encourage practice members to take vitamins E & B6. I would also supplement with L-Lysine.
I want to know if 8 IU/ml is abnormal when I was tested for thyroglobulin AB! Thank you for replying.
All labs are different, however, less than four is optimal.
I have a 33 yr old daughter. She is a former drug addict, cocaine & hydrocodone. Last week she fell in shower & suffered a concussion. Since then, she has fell several times daily. Had a cat scan. She weighs almost 300 lbs, smokes. I don’t think it is vertigo. Received medication for nausea & dizziness. Can you recommend a next step? Thanks.
Smoking depletes your body of vitamin C and other important minerals. I have found individuals with addictive personalities need vitamin B. Other nutritional supplements I have found to help include kava kava (herb), and niacinamide.
Hello Dr. Bob..I’ve been dealing with weird sensations in the top of my head..crawling feelings, pressure, and now trickle feeling like water or something is coming down my throat..also feelings of wet spot sitting on my head..one day I woke up with a indentation in my skull but it went away a day or 2 later..can u help?? I’ve had a cat scan that showed everything was good but it was almost two years ago..
I would suggest vitamin B, especially if you also cry easily, prone to bug bites, you eat sushi, or have a cat.
What diet and/or supplements do you suggest for lowering high triglycerides? My husband, who is only 28 years old, has a ridiculously high number in the 600s! A couple years ago it was in the 700s. And He keeps putting on weight, despite working out at the gym regularly. Advice, please??
You need to clean up the liver, get off of ALL carbs including fruit, cookies, grains. Focus on having your liver functioning optimally (castor oil pack, begin each day with hot water and lemon). I would also recommend NO sugar consumption and checking your thyroid.
