Hi Everyone!
These were the questions asked in this episode of #AskDrBob. Please click the blue box to view Dr. Bob’s answers. If you have any general health questions, please email us, askdrbob@druglessdoctor.com, and we will present it in an upcoming episode. Thank you!
All of your fruit SMH questions from social media this past week:
Please explain why?
The fructose produces fat?
Isn’t it natural sugar that you get from fruit?
Wow, very confused on how fresh fruit can be bad for you liver?
By far, one of our more controversial topics. We do not promote fruit, and we have found in our forty years of experience, people who eat fruit, tend to have a fatty liver. It can also create excessive yeast which then places a demand on the liver, which then can contribute to a fatty liver. We are witnessing this at higher levels than in the past. Hi Dr. Bob, I was diagnosed with hypothyroid, low progesterone, estrogen dominance, and a uterine fibroid. My mom was just diagnosed with breast cancer. So, I got your book off my shelf and read it daily. I just have one question: my functional MD prescribed me bio-identical compounded progesterone and I am extremely nervous taking anything “outside in”. I noticed you didn’t write about it in your book. What are your thoughts? I still consider it a “drug” and feel that it will tell my body not to make progesterone as it tricks it into thinking I have enough. It defeats the purpose. I could be wrong but thought I would ask. Thanks for all you do!
You have a common challenge today. You need to support optimal adrenal health function, and bio-identical meds are not natural. You would be wise to support liver function and minimize estrogen. Oftentimes, a fibroid will not go away while you have too much estrogen.
Dr. Bob, I suffer with bloating that is worse when I have my menstrual cycle. Please help!
Once again, you need to work on cleaning up your liver (see above) and gallbladder, which can be found in my “Dr. Bob’s Guide to Prevent Surgery.” (More info in video)
Dr. Bob, what causes wax in your ears?
We find wax with those who do not drink enough water and may have a plugged up liver. (More info in video)
