What are you thoughts on whey?
Whey creates distress in an individual’s body (still dairy), while lucein is an amino acid. In our practice we use a pea and pumpkin protein. I would also not use soy-based protein.
My recent blood work came all normal with an exception of white blood cells on 3.6(3.8-10.8). I keep a healthy / nutrition lifestyle, take supplements and iodine (2drops/day) from a good source. What can I do to increase my white cells count?
We call this the “working woman syndrome,” which is a compromised immune system. I would eliminate sugar, and in our practice, we use Cytozyme-THY. I also encourage you to have someone take your blood pressure from a sit to a stand to determine your adrenal level. I would also encourage having your globulin checked, which should be around 2.7. Please email customercare [at] druglessdoctor [dot] com on how you can have that done.
Doctor, which is the best dye for white hair? Is henna safe? I am planning not to use chemical products in order to avoid toxins.

I suffer with headaches day and night. What can I do?
First, find a skilled chiropractor. If you have a morning headache, it usually is a blood sugar headache (and a few other examples). We have innovative technology in our office, which can help find the root of the problem, stay away from fruit, and have your thyroid checked.
