1. So if you have gallstones how can we rid them on our own instead of removing the gallbladder.Will the peppermint oil get rid of them?
Bile is alkaline and made in your liver and stored in your gallbladder. When you are stressed, you pH becomes acid. I encourage my ABC’s (1/2 red apple, 1/3 cup beet fiber, 1 medium carrot), which will help to thin bile. Peppermint leaf will help to promote optimal liver health, as will phosphatidylcholine. Lastly, consider my “Drugless Guide to Detoxification” as a resource.
2. What do you recommend for weight loss when I not been successful I workout regularly with the trainer 90% of my diet is spot on all yet I’m not losing weight. the only way I lost weight 2 yrs ago was with HCG injections. It stayed off for over a year. Then came flooding back. I count calories workout I don’t know what to do. Please help me
If you want to lose weight and keep it off, you have to eat the right calories, including non-starchy green vegetables. I would avoid grains and foods that have a high glycemic index, which you can find in my “Guide to Optimal Health” book. Make sure you continue to exercise everyday.

4. What cause a person to get sleepy in a movie. I went to Lincoln’s birthplace with my family & we watch a 15 min film, me & my siblings all fell asleep. So I was wonder what is wrong with our minds to makes us fall asleep? I hate it.
If you fall asleep after a meal, you need vitamin B(s), and/or your body might be acid. I would encourage you to consume more minerals like Celtic Sea Salt.
5. What is the difference between cold and hot water?
Cold stagnates digestion, warm water promotes water. The purpose of the lemon is to aid the digestion process.
With rains comes MOLD & FUNGUS. What can be done (other than washing everything/vinegar & vacuuming)-, what can we eat to help FIGHT MICROSCOPIC FUNGUS in our bodies?
