1. Dr. Bob, do you promote palm oil for cooking?
I primarily use olive oil for cooking, alongside rice oil for stir-fry, and coconut oil. Do not use flax oil for cooking.
2. Would you use green coffee beans to help in weight loss?
If you want to lose weight, it’s pretty simple. Limit Calories! If you focus on green, non-starchy vegetables and lean protein, that will help your weight loss. You want a BMI of about 25.
3. Can you tell us what a liver cleanse is, and why I need to do one?
There can be many definitions. Milk thistle is an herb that helps liver function. Minimize the toxins you put in and on your body. The safest would be Dr. Bob’s ABC’s (½ red apple, ⅓ cup of beet fiber, and one medium carrot per day).
4. How can I quit smoking without wearing a patch or ecigs?
Royal Jelly provides nicotinic acid, I would also consider Kava Kava root, which would aid in anxiety.
