#AskDrBob-October 24, 2014
These were the questions that were asked in this episode of #AskDrBob. Click the blue box to watch the video. Thank you for sending us your general health questions. We hope they make a difference in your life.
Dr Bob, I have sinus/lung issues, possible infection. What should I do for it? I’m in Austin, TX and want to move to Tucson AZ, my brother thinks I should go back to Cleveland, OH and regroup. I would rather go straight to Tucson and see if I can get work. Is it unwise to take a chance when I’m already in credit card debt; or just go because I’m close by and hope for the best?
Sinuses can be caused by a misaligned neck vertebrae, dairy, and peanut butter. Your location does not matter if you eat these foods and continue to have sinus challenges.
I am caring for a friend who the doctor recently told that his parathyroid is malignant and may need surgery. I wish to know what ‘drugless’ solution you recommend to treat with that problem. He does not wish to undergo the surgery. If the information is in one of your books, please advise so that I can purchase same.
I have learned that one’s parathyroid can be irritated when there’s not enough vitamin D. If your vitamin D is low, it’s not taking enough calcium from your intestine. I recommend checking the vitamin D levels, and also for parasites (We have seen an increase in parasites in my practice members recently). You can call our offices for more information on these procedures.
At the next “Ask Dr. Bob,” would you talk about your coffees and the difference compared to traditional coffee? How much should one drink through the day? COFFEES!!!!
I think what separates Dr. Bob’s Coffee, is that it is half-regular, half-decaf. It’s also organic, and roasted locally. One of the reasons why I prefer the half-regular, half-decaf is that I do not deal with heart palpitations afterwards. I think it’s optimal to only have a few cups in the morning, if that’s what you decide to drink.
I have added to my everyday nutritional snack my juice of apple, beet, carrot every morning I feel with more energy. But i have a weakness and is coffee and homemade sweet bread. How can i help myself to not crave it so much? Thanks.
I would only recommend juicing eight ounces at a time, but I actually prefer that you EAT Dr. Bob’s ABC’s rather than juicing them. I would also add walnuts or some sort of protein (almond butter) into your system after the ABC’s to help stabilize the blood sugar.
My boyfriend has mold in his basement which I felt contributed to his allergies. Lately he has been depressed, angry, lethargic, and no libido. I thought he might be bipolar, until I researched mold toxins and found a site that recognized that all these symptoms could be caused by mold. He has moved out of his house. How does he go about finding a doctor that can test the mold toxin levels and remove the toxins from his body?
Your boyfriend’s eosinophils may be elevated. I would suggest a phase contrast microscopy which would show mold. You can also treat mold with Agrisept-L (10 drops in 5 oz of water), and/or our ADP protocol. You can contact our offices for the procedures mentioned.
Why no fruit? From this week’s “No” #OptimalU.
One of the reasons why I do not promote certain fruits, is I have found them to cause left neck and mid back pain (pancreas referral). I have found that to be true in bananas, raisins, grapes, and even yogurt. Instead, focus on non-starchy green vegetables.
Dr Bob I am blowing my nose constantly when I get up in the morning for at least an hour. What is going on?
Debbie,
I have your question for next week’s Ask Dr. Bob. DB

I go into your question in today’s Ask Dr. Bob: https://druglessdoctor.com/askdrbob-october-31st/. DB
Hi Dr. Bob, I would like to know if there is any way that dandruff can be eliminated from the hair follicle through diet or some organic shampoo or hair treatment? Since its leading to baldness in the hair analysis done by the cosmetologist today. Please advice doctor I would not like to take those treatments.
Hi Jacquelene,
