Reading labels matter & this includes even salad dressings. You may have heard me share about one practice member who was having emotional distress and upon looking at their diet sheet, the dressing they used had safflower oil as their main ingredient, which can be known to cause pain. After removing this dressing, and substituting with olive oil and lemon, alongside the omega-3 oils their body needed, they saw improvement. Dressings also have ingredients that include more SMH’s like canola & soybean oil, plus sugar. Keep it simple with organic olive oil and apple cider vinegar.
