Hi Everyone!
In this season of thanks, we asked our practice members this past week to share one thing they are thankful for when it comes to health. Here are a few of their responses:
-I am thankful for you helping me to improve every area of my life, decreasing pain, and helping me make healthier choices.
-I am thankful I can sleep through the night without hip pain!
-I am thankful that I feel 100% better!

We love that we have the opportunity to help improve our practice member’s health, from all over the world. In this testimonial, Carol shares how even though she received care from other healthcare providers, it wasn’t until she came to see us at The Drugless Doctors, that she began to see improvement
#HealthyMarriage | The best part of our day! What are your favorite marriage tips?
This #TBT was fun to do, but actually very important. I have found that if going No. 2 is not easy for you (aka constipation), it can be due to the fact your thyroid has an impact on bowel and colon activity.
Many people choose to treat constipation with laxatives, and while this may work temporarily, it’s easy to become dependent on them while ignoring your body’s cry for natural, healthy habits.
To get your colon functioning, increase your water and fiber, and limit or stop gluten.
