Hi Everyone!

These were the questions asked in this episode of #AskDrBob. Please click the blue box to view Dr. Bob’s answers. If you have any general health questions, please email us, askdrbob@druglessdoctor.com, and we will present it in an upcoming episode. Thank you!

A ski accident left me with a fractured clean break of my left femur. Yesterday, my orthopedic doctor. took an x-ray and my broken bones are not quite healed. I am allowed 50% weight bearing and see him again May 24th. The advice I got was take extra Vitamin C and D. I have been doing this already and I was wondering if you can add anything to this regime. Physio  has come to the house and I faithfully have done the exercises and today I am allowed to get into the pool for just exercises for the knee since it is not bending too well. I am 76 years old and am not on any medication at all. I have real good health and I am ever so thankful for this. Thank you already for what you can add to my regime.

Please contact my office and I will have my assistant set aside a product for you. I may suggest a blood chemistry test to see how well you are absorbing nutrients. You may not have enough digestive enzymes. (More info in video)

Hi Dr Bob!  I had my gallbladder removed when I was 35.  What can I do to help my health without my gallbladder?

First, you need to make sure you are eating a ½ of a red apple per day, since your apple helps to remove bile. Next, you need a product to thin bile, and also a bovine bile supplement would also help, and one to support liver function. Contact Us for production information.

Any help with acid in the stomach?

Oftentimes, excessive acid is caused by not enough “organic” digestive enzymes from your own body. (More info in video)

What can I do to help treat hot flashes?

If you have hot flashes in the middle of the night, it may be a blood sugar issue, while during the day may be adrenal stress. (More info in video)
