In regards to hot flashes; so what should a woman take if she has too much copper? Do they have the copper kits at a regular health food store?
When someone has too much copper, they may not have enough zinc. Hot flashes are commonly caused by a need for iodine. Other symptoms can include adrenal fatigue, oil deficiency, stress, and a blood sugar imbalance. We help our practice members with an Aqueous Zinc Taste Test, Hair Analysis, and “Dr. Bob’s Drugless Guide to Balancing Female Hormones.”
How do we take iodine and is it safe for children?
We always follow the numbers (TSH, T3, T4, & TPO) in regard to iodine. A T4 and a urine-iodine test would be the best. More info in video.
I do not like beets at all! What does Dr Bob suggest instead?
We utilize Beta-Plus, which is a source of beets, but I would continue to also eat your apples and carrots.
I have costalitis. I take manganese and turmeric, is there anything else you might recommend?
I am not sure, but did you mean “costrochondritis”? If it is inflammation, I would stop eating sugar, gluten, and dairy. Intenzyme-Forte can help.
What is the best way to strengthen abdominal muscles?
Bent leg sit ups, core work, and more. I would also do a YouTube search for low impact ab workouts.
