  1. Additional updates during the week are welcome and would be appreciated. This is a great service as I enjoy the articles and the recipes. Question: Can you address how to get high cholesterol and high LDL readings down through diet, natural herbs and supplements. Don’t want to have my wife start taking statins. Thanks.

  2. I really enjoy the weekly updates. I am especially interested in more information about detoxing. The only suggestion I would make is for you to create a way for people who choose not to use social media to ask questions for your weekly updates. Perhaps an email address specifically for questions or a blog posting each Monday where people could post their questions under comments. If this has already been done I apologize for my ignorance. Thank you for sharing information that really makes a difference.

  3. Female hormones with hysterectomy, anti-aging, easy nutritional recipes, detox. You’ve helped me stay off anti-depressants, understand the power of my body & mind. Friday updates are good. You are doing a wonderful job. Between you & Dr. Berg (on-line too) I’m healthy, glowing, energetic, look & feel 10 years younger- get compliments all the time. I’m shining from the inside out!! Thank you.
I also get acupuncture, have a personal trainer, get bio-identical hormone pellets, regular chiropractic care, eat 85% healthy, belly dance, and study chakra energy.
I’m a single mom, self employed (Commercial Flooring Contractor) in Chattanooga TN.
I appreciate all you do & give to others.

Hope to meet you in person one day:)

    Rebecca

  4. I would like your take on iodine supplementation for Hashimoto’s sufferers. I read various papers and books for and against this and I’m just confused.

  5. I would like to know the purest and best vitamin companies so that we don’t purchase ones that are bad for us. Also would like more information on fatty liver disease and what can be done to reverse it along with what kinds of foods that don’t aggravate the condition. Tell us what water filtration that consistently is dependable for us who want to improve our water intake with the best products. What do you use? We have so many people with combined metabolic diseases that are confused about how to eat and what to expect.

  6. I like the information that I receive from you, it is all very good , interesting and helpful. Thank you!

  7. I love to listen and to read the weekly information from you. I would love to read more about Hashimoto. Thank you for the time you invest to help so many people around the world!
