1. Dr. Bob I love u for all you have done for us (the people) and as you know people struggle with different things everyday. My struggle is PCOS, I’ve watched many of your videos too about hormones. I would love for you to do one specifically on PCOS. Many women have it I think its the biggest infertility epidemic and it must stop. I know you’re very clever and you’re great at explaining things. If you could do one on PCOS I would be so happy. Many videos I’ve shared of yours off of YouTube. You’re so awesome at what you do, please sir help these ladies understand about PCOS in general and let them know what is available out there that’s natural. I’m really getting upset about these doctors that give the pill ..rrrrr. Please help Thank You.

PCOS is caused by lack of iodine. Elements which are antagonistic to PCOS are bromine, fluorine, and chlorine (this is why I recommend shower dechlorinators). In order to properly assess your iodine levels, I do recommend a urine iodine loading test and 12 mg of iodine per day. We use a product from Biotics Research called Iodizyme.

2. Hi Dr. Bob, I heard ketosis is the best way to shed fat. Have you made a video about a diet or meal plan to get into ketosis?

More About Ketosis:

The first tip was to eat low carb. This is because a low-carb diet lowers your levels of the fat-storing hormone insulin, Ketosis is a state at which the body has an extremely high fat-burning rate. Even the brain runs on fat, via ketone bodies. These are energy molecules in the blood (like blood sugar) which become fuel for our brains after being converted from fat by the liver.

To encourage ketone production, the amount of insulin in your bloodstream must be low. The lower your insulin, the higher your ketone production. And when you have a well-controlled, sufficiently large amount of ketones in your blood, it’s basically proof that your insulin is very low – and therefore, that you’re enjoying the maximum effect of your low-carbohydrate diet. That’s what’s called optimal ketosis.)

3. Are enemas important to do?

Personally, I have a colonic twice a year, which gets further into your colon than an enema. For “safety” measures, I would much rather have you drink water and eat vegetables (green, leafy ones preferably) for optimal colon movement. I would also  avoid gluten if you are considering a detox protocol.

4. Hi, I started using the castor oil treatment for the fatty liver and now I’ve been passing gallstones. Is that normal for this treatment? Please advise.

Your liver is starting to work, and releasing sludge and toxins. The castor oil helps the liver to begin functioning on its own. Also more info in video.

5. What are potential reasons for breakouts on different areas of the face?

The carrots help promote liver function. Jawline acne is common with stress and certain female hormonal issues.

Here is a blog that goes into more detail about “face mapping” and acne.

6. Dear Dr. Bob, Do you know what can help blurred vision? I am 83 years old and feel like a prisoner because I can’t  drive my car anymore. Thank you

You might want to be checked with macular degeneration, which can respond well with cruciferous foods (broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower).

7. What causes the body to not process the B12 we do intake thru diet?

We use MTHFR, a genetic issue, which he have had great success with our practice in Cleveland.

  1. Dr. Bob, What foods and supplements or herbal can I eat and-or take to make my immune system healthier. I have had shingles twice and have sjogren’s syndrome and have had polymyalgia rheumatic and have some osteoarthritis. We eat the mediteranian diet, grow our own organic vegetables, take some supplements. We very seldom eat red meat, we eat mostly fish, turkey and chicken for meat. Lots of veggies. What would suggest I do to become more healthy. I am 72 yrs. and am very active. Thank you.
