1. Sometimes, I feel like I’m taking too many herbs. What should I do?
I focus on taking the minimal amount of herbs I can, and rely on nutrition from food. I take ginseng, echinacea, peppermint, and dandelion everyday. Your liver’s health is important!
2. What is your response to arsenic in rice?
Rice absorbs nutrients from the soil, and arsenic can be found in the soil. My main concern is with apples. Make sure to consume organic rice and organic rice cakes.
3. Stevia & Other Sweeteners & Your Thyroid
I do not promote honey, and rarely use stevia. Do not use Truvia!
4. Extra: Acne & Toothpaste!
Just watch and listen!
5. I can’t get rid of my nail fungus, what do I do?
It is a colon issue. Minimize sugar and wheat.
