I have leg weakness, can you help?
It could be one or two things: First, it can be your lower spine (Visit us), or second, it may be a sign of a mineral need.
I have been very sick with crippling ear pain associated with nausea vomiting fatiguing migraines and now vice gripping back and chest pain. I have cognitive symptoms and transient vision problems as well and other problems. I recently had a MRE done with contrast. That triggered the series of all my symptoms plus some new ones lasting for a little over a week. My doctor has not seemed concerned about the after trigger of the MRI. How do I get these doctors to help me?
It is possible you could have had a reaction. I would recommend chlorella, and to visit a skilled chiropractor.
Dr Bob, I have deep muscle cramping when I stress the muscle such as working out… my wrist twists by itself with the cramping. I have felt it after abdominal workouts and in my legs. I take magnesium, eat kale and juice veggies. Do you have an insight on this?
I would recommend minerals (Celtic Sea Salt is a good choice).
Dr Bob Was wondering what would be the best toothpaste and mouthwash to use? I’m a 58 yr old male and my daughter is always telling me to use only organic toothpaste. I use Colgate total now, and i tell her but organic doesn’t have fluoride to protect against cavities. So who is right?
We recommend this toothpaste; it is safe without additives.
I’ve read and heard Dr. Bob mention bouncing on a ball for exercise: Can he explain it more please? Wondering if the bouncing is just in simple movement or vigorously bouncing? Can this be considered a full body workout and how does it help the heart?
Gentle, but consistent bouncing promotes lymph movement.
I have high cholesterol. My Dr has me on Atorvastatin. Your thoughts?
Cholesterol is a building block for all steroids and I have noticed it becomes elevated with individuals who are under stress. I would look at your triglyceride level. If it is normal, your cholesterol may be from stress and also a low thyroid.
Question for you Dr. Bob. You say to take iodine up to 12 mg a day. I’m on 60 grain of Armour Thyroid. Can I still take iodine even though I’m taking thyroid med?
My best answer is we always follow the numbers, and from there, make the necessary recommendations.
Sir, my sperm motility is 5% rapid progression and 20% normal progression. Doctor says sperm motility is not good. Please suggest how may i improve it?
We use a product which is a parotid gland glandular specifically for sperm mobility issues.
How do you help or stop grinding? I’ve ground my teeth down so far and I saw in your last video something about autoimmune disorders and grinding but you didn’t elaborate on it. I’m desperate and wondering if you have any tips. I live in California so coming to Ohio isn’t an option.
It can be from stress and/or parasites. No sushi.
