Day 1: Read one new book this month and cultivate one new, solid relationship with someone this year.

Day 2: “Early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy and wise.” -Benjamin Franklin

Day 3: Heel pain with or without findings of a spur generally responds to a no-citrus diet and weight reduction. Add an ounce of organic apple cider vinegar to your salad dressing for one month.

Day 4,5 Off:

Day 6: Add calcium from plant sources daily.

Day 7: Find someone or an organization and give of your resources. (Our April outreach is Journey Community Church based in the Cleveland, Ohio region.)
