Day 2: Do you ever lose your voice or have your vocal region become tight or closed? It can be congested due to a sulfur deficiency. What food is a source of sulfur? Eggs! Today’s #OptimalU on page 99 says: Grate a sulfur-rich egg on your mixed green lunch salad.

Day 6: I have read that up to 80% of the US population deals with some sort of pain on a daily basis. There are a few ways that you can halt pain. One being to include one tablespoon of flax oil per hundred pounds and today’s #OptimalU on page 98: Got milk? Get pain! Exchange cow’s milk with unsweetened almond, coconut, or rice milk.
Day 7: Buying herbs during the summer is a tasty (and healthy) way to add flavor to your meals, which goes with today’s #OptimalU on page 129: Make it a priority to buy, plant, and water your three favorite herbs. What are your favorites?
