This past week brought us Valentine’s Day and President’s Day, and more snow in Ohio. I hope these #OptimalU tips will brighten your spirits and that you are able to join us next Wednesday, the 26th from 9-9:30 EST for our LIVE event as we discuss relationships and heart health.
Day 1: Make a call, or send a note. Pass on love to one person today!
Day 2: Rotate broccoli and/or cauliflower into your SWAP bag or meals regularly. Alternate how you prepare the food items (raw, steamed, or sautéed). These are also great foods for your thyroid, too.
Day 3: Valentine’s Day Post-Focus on one day each month to magnetize your marriage. I’d say today is a good day (but no sugar!).
Day 4, 5: Off
Day 6: Avoid toxic, processed food.
Day 7: Once a day, do something unexpected to bless someone, no strings attached. (It doesn’t always have to be $)
