Anemia

Thanks for watching this #AskDrBob!

Hi Everyone!

These were the questions asked in this episode of #AskDrBob, including anemia. If you have any general health questions, please email us, askdrbob@druglessdoctor.com, and we will present it in an upcoming episode. Thank you!

Dr Bob! I just was told that I’m anemic from my blood work. I’m kind of freaking out. I don’t understand why I would even be anemic. We eat a lot of eggs, red meat, raw spinach and I cook with iron pans. The iron pills I was given hurt my stomach and caused constipation. I have diverticulitis, so, I can’t be constipated. Are there ways to get my iron levels up with taking this horrible iron pill?

Anemia can be caused by a lot of factors: heavy menses, not enough co-factors like B6 or B12, and sometimes not enough digestive enzymes. I would need a complete blood serum profile to give suggestions (Contact Us)

Hello Dr.Bob! What can “clean” calcium in kidneys? And also what are some foods to prevent high liver enzymes? Thanks!!

I would suggest reading my chapter in my “Guide to Prevent Surgery” on Cataracts. I discuss the calcium/phosphorous ratio which should be ten parts calcium to four parts phosphorous.

What if you had a hysterectomy? (In regards to if you should have breast thermography).

Breast thermography is a measure of function. An area that is a concern for anyone with a hysterectomy is the “why” for it in the first place. We have seen most uterus’s are removed because of a fibroid which is common with too much estrogen. On a breast thermography, we see lymph congestion in the armpit area which suggests lymph congestion and liver compromise.

What about polymyositis? Is there a diet to recover?

Inflammation responds to a diet that does not compromise the pancreas or adrenal glands. I would eliminate sugar and fruit. Li-Zyme Forte is product mentioned.
