Cold Hands and Feet

#AskDrBob: Menopause, Cold Hands and Feet, H-Pylori

Hi Everyone!

These were the questions asked in this episode of #AskDrBob, including cold hands and feet. If you have any general health questions, please email us, askdrbob@druglessdoctor.com, and we will present them in an upcoming episode. Thank you!

I went through menopause and my estrogen dropped. The VA diagnosed me with diabetes. I refuse to take Metformin. Can you advise?

We use a product called GlucoBalance to manage blood sugar stress. Limiting carbs is useful. Also, increasing your exercise to metabolize the additional glucose “floating” around would be helpful.

I have cold hands and feet, can you tell me what to do? You mentioned a blood test, how do I proceed?

For cold hands and feet, I would suggest a Thyroid Panel with TSH, T3 and T4 (More thyroid info here).  Once those are completed, we can proceed with a protocol.

How to kill H-Pylori in the duodenum?

I would avoid sugar and fruit. We do have a product we use for H-Pylori. I would also suggest a CBC with differential to measure how your immune system is responding.  Also, there is a food sensitivity test called the FIT we have had success with. You may be sensitive to a food item creating an additional burden on your immune system.
