Biliary Cirrhosis
Hi Everyone!
These were the questions asked in this episode of #AskDrBob, including biliary cirrhosis. If you have any general health questions, please email us, askdrbob@druglessdoctor.com, and we will present it in an upcoming episode. Thank you!
Is it necessary to detox the uterus after a miscarriage or after giving birth?
I am not a gynecologist, but historically, most of the female patients I see do not necessarily detoxify their uterus. It is essential to support optimal liver function, and I would recommend my “Drugless Guide to Detoxification,” and to stay away from sugar and fruit.
Is it necessary to have a D&C on either of the above procedures?
I would answer this question the same as above and focus on optimal liver function. I have seen that having low progesterone can be one factor to experiencing a miscarriage. I would consider reading my “Drugless Guide to Balancing Female Hormones.”
How can I reduce my systolic level? It stays between 140-155. My diastolic is 68-74. I am diabetic and have a family history of high blood pressure. Age 55, 120 lbs. and 5 feet tall.
I have found there are several reasons to have elevated blood pressure, which includes a magnesium deficiency first and foremost, followed by stress, not drinking enough water, and an upper cervical alignment challenge. We have witnessed blood pressure going to normal with an appropriate neck adjustment. Come and visit me in Westlake, OH or Naples, FL.
Dr Bob. When you buy fresh beets, how long will they keep raw in the fridge? And if I want to eat them daily, but can only get to a store once a month, how should I cook them to get the best vitamins from them?
I often keep them in a paper bag in my lower vegetable drawer in the refrigerator. I usually eat my beets raw or baked with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
What are the best diet and herbs/supplements for primary biliary cirrhosis? Conventional doctors just prescribe medication to help with symptoms such as itchy skin but do not help with treating the condition.
We use a product called Livotrit Plus that contains milk thistle, and Phosphatidylcholine, which acts as an emulsifier. Stay away from sugar and alcohol.
Braggs ACV gives me horrible acid reflux. Only 2 times in 55 years I have every had acid reflux at night were when I took ACV in the morning. It was HORRIBLE! My throat burned so bad. Can’t believe people suffer with acid reflux daily. Can you explain why it gives me reflux?
It may have irritated your digestive system, and I know that gallbladder/liver stasis can also cause digestive distress. You may consider reading my “Drugless Guide to Detoxification” and visiting a skilled chiropractor.
I am a vegan. Liver pate from duck results in feeding them a lot of grains. In humans, is eating beans/lentils acceptable and if so should it be limited to 1/4c servings per day? I do low carbs, but there is fiber in the beans that I enjoy. Greens, wet foods/salad greens, beets, water, yes, but how about beans/lentils for a healthy liver. Does a fatty liver result primarily from oils/saturated fats and sugar, or is it always due to consumption of grains/beans and/or to both? Please, does anyone know?
From my experience, I evaluate diet sheets alongside blood tests and have determined that sugar, alcohol, fruit, and medications create a fatty liver.
I am suffering from epilepsy form 4 years I am currently taking following medicines; LUMARK, UFRIM, TRIOPTAL it is causing severe hair loss and making me very lazy it feels like I have no energy in my body.
Epilepsy, or seizures, can occur for a variety of reasons, including low blood sugar, mineral deficiencies, and a possible oil imbalance. You may consider our Omega Oils Serum Profile.
