Dry Eyes, Fatty Liver, & More
Hi Everyone!

What is the cause of dry eye? What could you do it?
I have noticed a lack of iodine, and/or a very active sympathetic nervous system.
When I was 17 I was given a Radioactive Iodine pill to treat Hyperthyroidism. I never took any medications after that and felt fine despite my very large eye changes. I’m 46 now and Hypothyroidism has reared its ugly head in the last year or so. Do I really have to take thyroid medication or can I fix this with my diet?
I would need to see your blood thyroid results to help (we always follow the numbers).
I want to start the fast you suggest, with a veggie broth and plant-based protein for 2 weeks. I need to know how much broth and protein you use daily and what do you take to keep from being constipated?
Thank you for reaching out. I am sure this is a program I discovered before the fact that soy-based proteins are not necessarily the best. I would prefer you steam or saute your vegetables.
What would you recommend as a good diet if you have a fatty liver?
I would avoid fruit except a ½ of red apple each day. Then I would consume ⅓ cup of beet fiber and one medium carrot.
