Ear Wax
Hi Everyone!
These were the questions asked in this episode of #AskDrBob, including ear wax. If you have any general health questions, please email us, askdrbob@druglessdoctor.com, and we will present them in an upcoming episode. Thank you!
What is a good diet or supplement or activity to fight Rheumatoid Arthritis?
I would first check for a food sensitivity with the FIT Test. Avoid the foods they suggest to be your sensitive ones. You may also consider a CBC with differential to see if you have a virus, infection or a food sensitivity in general. You also may want to have the Opti-Chem Profile and look at your globulin level. If it is over 2.7, you may not be digesting properly.
I notice you recommend Celtic Sea Salt. I heard that it does not have iodine and that is a necessary supplement. If so, where can you get it and what kind of vitamin D do you use?
I take 12 mg of Iodine via a product from Biotics Research called Iodizyme. I also use their Bio-D Mulsion Forte, two drops on my tongue daily.
I had an ear wax issue several years ago. Was out to dinner and pitched forward, but had a few lightheadedness issues prior to that evening. Went to the doctor, they power washed wax out of my ear. Hard on my body, took time to recover. Recently had wax issues again, CNP cleaned ears out, said I could come in once a year for cleaning. What causes this? I don’t use Q-tips anymore. I used to for many years. How do you clean your ears properly?
Excessive ear wax from my perspective would be a body signal of toxicity. In your case with the excessive ear wax you may schedule a regular ear lavage cleaning with your physician.
