Foot Pain
Hi Everyone!
These were the questions asked in this episode of #AskDrBob, including foot pain. If you have any general health questions, please email us, askdrbob@druglessdoctor.com, and we will present it in an upcoming episode. Thank you!
Dr. Bob. I was wanting to know if there and thing I could take for losing blood? I have had 12 pints of blood In the past 16 months. I can’t take iron pills. And I was born with two bad valves and a hole in my heart. And I have other health problems. I would appreciate if you could let me know what I could eat to help with my blood issues.
There is definitely something going on. You want to make sure you have some blood chemistries performed (CBC with a Differential – Contact Us; Female-Would want to know how your liver is doing). Do you have a menses – we use a liquid iron, but there are many factors with blood supplementation. Consider a personal consultation.
I have no known health issues and take no meds. However, I am an active senior and used to jog 6 miles a day, 5 days a week for many years. It seems my metatarsal bone joint caps showed minor inflammation on X RAYS – I have seen two Podiatrists. I take several natural anti inflammatory products, no swelling or redness ever. I have overcome my magnesium deficiency HOWEVER, I am still stuck with a serious tightness in the bottom of feet and foot pads (much more noticeable when my legs are ELEVATED) when I try to stretch in bed upon waking in the morning.
It can cause this tightness to progress up my ankles and into my calves and possibly cramp. Some of my toes will stay in a locked position if I point and curl them as in yoga class. I see an Upper Cervical Chiropractor for adjustments (subluxation of C1 and C2) He is stumped – he also does muscle testing and I am a 10 everywhere except in my right foot. I have had a mild rash on ankles for about 6 months which the Dermatologist diagnosed as “Capillaritis” and said it was harmless!. I recently found a natural podiatrist on line who invented “Correct Toes” toe spacer which I purchased and they help relieve this tight feeling I get in my feet when my feet are ELEVATED. At night I remove the Correct Toes prior to sleeping and when I elevate my legs the problem has not changed. I have had this issue for at least 2 1/2 years and have no idea what to do about it or who else to consult. You seem to have answers when no one else does. Thank you for taking the time to read this and God Bless.
I would first recommend an Opti-Chem Profile that I would look at your ability to digest, and markers for B6, and a need for oil. Commonly, tight issues like this can be a B6 need, a combination of calcium, magnesium, and potassium. Lastly, an oil deficiency can be an issue – I would look at your LDL levels. You may consider coming to visit us in Westlake, Ohio or Naples, Florida.
I have a friend that’s very sensitive to lights in stores & churches etc. she said they will cause her to pass out. She really needs to get back in church but she says the lights are to bright and can’t handle them. Please help. What do you recommend?
Light sensitivity potentially tells me that your friend has adrenal fatigue. We use a variety of lab testing, including an Adrenal Stress Index and Hair Analysis.
Dear Dr. Bob; I think you recently spoke about this but my search came up blank; can you tell me what causes broken blood vessels in the eye and what is lacking in the diet that would cause this to happen? Thank you so much.
“Broken eyes” can be caused by a variety of challenges, including a lack of vitamin C. I would encourage your to eat red, yellow, and orange bell peppers.
My recent blood test came back with a Vitamin B6 level of 1440 nmol/L which is high, (pathology range is 20 – 190) What’s the best way to safely and quickly reduce this to a normal range? Many thanks in advance.
For me, I am not sure what products you are taking? I would review your supplement regime and remove any processed or prepared products.
