Healthy Hair

After watching your video on hair, you mention that you use different hair products. What hair products you are using, what protein sprays do you use or suggest? I don’t know what products are reputable or what really helps/works. I do my best to eat my ABC’s everyday (apple, beet, carrot) and eat a pretty clean diet, so any info on the healthy hair products would be greatly appreciated.
For healthy hair, I have use our Amino Acid Quick Sorb product in water. You can apply it to your hair, but internal health, which promotes healthy hair is more important. I would suggest a Thyroid Serum Panel, and also Inositol, which I take four daily. Lastly, I have been using two scoops of Hydrolyzed Collagen, with eight ounces of water and crushed ice. I put mine in a thermos and drink it as a “snack” at 10:30.
What do you suggest for STRESS?
Stress creates an acid pH in the body which then literally burns up all your minerals. I would suggest BIO-CMP from Biotics Research (3 to 6 daily). If you tend to get fever blisters or cold sores, that is a signal your body needs calcium. Leg cramps at night are also a mineral need.
Why do we need to take Vitamin D?
Vitamin D is useful for the immune system, plus it helps the body assimilate calcium. Calcium is important for cell function. It prevents unfriendly organisms from penetrating into cell membranes. I take Bio-D Mulsion Forte, two drops a day on my tongue. This is equivalent to about 4,000 IU of Vitamin D.
