I was diagnosed with CIU (CHRONIC IDIOPATHIC UTICARIA–HIVES). I am taking Allegra, Cingular and an avid controller, and get a Xolair shot once a month. Can I do something else to make sure this doesn’t come back once I am of these medications?

In my experience, hives are common with adrenal exhaustion, which create cortisone. Stop by eating sugar (all). (More info in video – Contact Us).

I am 68 and I have 3 children. I now experience a bladder prolapse, stage-3. What can I do to prevent surgery? Thank very much in advance for your help.

I would look for a skilled massage therapist and skilled chiropractor to help.

Hello, I am a woman in mid-50’s, developed extreme cold intolerance, also heat intolerance, My TSH is always normal as the doc says (1.90 to 2.65). The finger and toe tips burning sensation and becoming painful with pitting/dips for over a year after going to ER a couple of times with sudden spikes of BP. Health issues are OA, Fibromyalgia, also a bout of polymyalgia. Etc. I appreciate your attention to my mail. Best regards.

I would recommend a full Thyroid Profile, a full serum blood profile with ChemProfile, CBC with Differential, and the TPO for Hashimoto’s (Contact Us). I would also recommend reading my “Drugless Guide to Balancing Female Hormones,” the Thyroid Chapter.

Dr. Bob please tell us about how to treat kidney infection naturally. I’m so tired of dealing with it. I’m tired of taking antibiotics every three months. I’m exhausted; I can’t sleep properly at night because of going to the bathroom three or four times. I don’t know what I should do anymore.

It may be a chronic bladder infection, which are common with digestive challenges. Your serum globulin should be 2.7. If it is above that number, it could be a digestive challenge. You may also consider Liquid Iodine Forte and to lay off sugar consumption.

Hello Dr. Bob! I have a question what can we take or eat for a wheezing cough in kids?

I would stop sugar, wheat, dairy, and peanut butter.

Dr. Bob, I had a hysterectomy in 2015, and since then have been taking a monthly hormone shot of Depo-Estradiol. I am 57 and I have noticed that my cholesterol has climbed ever since I have been taking this or so it seems. At my last doctor appointment, my total cholesterol was 266. Could this shot be causing this, and I have heard that eating 2 apples a day can significantly reduce your cholesterol. What is your opinion on taking this shot, and how to reduce my cholesterol without taking a statin drug? Thank you for your help.

I would suggest you read my “Drugless Guide to Balancing Female Hormones.” I go into this in the Adrenal Chapter. Cholesterol can elevate with stress.

I do have hemorrhoids and cold hands and feet, and varicose veins. How can I clean my liver?

I would suggest you may obtain my “Drugless Guide to Detoxification,” which include notes, such as eliminating all fruit consumption.

What are your thoughts on hyperparathyroidism?

From my experience if one is low in vitamin D, the parathyroids enlarge and become more active.
