High Blood Pressure
Hi Everyone!
These were the questions asked in this episode of #AskDrBob, including high blood pressure. If you have any general health questions, please email us, askdrbob@druglessdoctor.com, and we will present it in an upcoming episode. Thank you!
What do you recommend for high blood pressure?
This is usually a need for water, magnesium, and possibly a low thyroid. When I look at blood tests, an individual who has a low GTTP finding is often a magnesium need.
Hello, I would like to know how to heal varicose veins. Is there a better solution?
First, we need to support your liver. We also use a product used by Native Americans (contact us).
What to do if you suspect possible ADHD in a six year old boy Talks constantly, doesn’t pay attention well at school.
First, I would take the time to read my “Guide to Stop ADHD in 18 Days,” especially Chapter 4. We then focus on optimal fat metabolism – you may consider a Bloodspot Fatty Acid Profile.
What is the best way to maintain kidney health? I also have degenerated discs. Any hope or help?
First, drink water. Next, support liver health by avoiding soda and toxic foods.
Hope you can guide me the right way. About three weeks ago was the last time I had an erection, I don’t know what is happening. I’m 45 years old, had a good healthy time, but now 3 weeks ago, I been having this issue.
First, I would check your testosterone levels (visit the link for exam we use). Next, your body is exhausted, especially your adrenals. You may also consider an Adrenal Stress Index. I would avoid sugar and also to read my “Men’s Health-The Basics.”
Help. I am forgetting too much. Simple things like forgetting something on the stove.
I would have your thyroid and oil levels checked. You may also consider an Opti-Chem profile. With the oil levels, check and look at the balance of the omega-3 and omega-6 oils. The omega-6 oils can upset the oils used for the brain. (More info in video).
Good morning Dr. Bob. Last week I went for a sonogram and they found I had a polyp in my gallbladder and also my fatty liver hasn’t changed. My questions are Can the polyp be removed naturally?
I am not familiar enough to know if it can. More info on your gallbladder.
How long does it take a fatty liver to become normal?
It depends on how much you modify your lifestyle.
I’m getting a bit desperate here. I have started the Braggs Apple cider vinegar and eating for radishes. Also I’m suffering from constipation, it is so frustrating. I don’t eat pasta, I have cut dramatically the sugar intake and I have read no many negative things about oatmeal that I have stopped eating this as well. Please advise Dr. Bob
You will want to read my “Drugless Guide to Detoxification” and to be patient. You may also consider a personal consultation so I can review your findings and lastly, you may consider an OptiChem Blood Profile.
How do you deal with urticaria?
I encourage optimal adrenal health. The adrenals create natural cortisone. Click here for Blackcurrant Seed Oil.
