Lumpectomy
Hi Everyone!
These were the questions asked in this episode of #AskDrBob, including what to do post-lumpectomy. If you have any general health questions, please email us, askdrbob@druglessdoctor.com, and we will present it in an upcoming episode. Thank you!
What can you do for high blood pressure higher in morning and lower in afternoon? Not currently on any meds!! I am a senior citizen – thanks!!
Your afternoon blood pressure is lower because your adrenal glands are exhausted, but overall, is usually a magnesium need. Please contact us for the blood test I share about in video. (More info in video)
I had a lumpectomy and do not want to take hormone blocker; what foods do you recommend to limit estrogen?
First, clean up your liver, and taking enough B vitamins, and eat broccoli. I would also recommend reading my “Drugless Guide to Detoxification, ” “Drugless Guide to Balancing Female Hormones,” and “Guide to Prevent Surgery.” (More info in video)
My daughter has suffered from OCD since childhood, she is now 26. She is unable to come off of Paxil. I’ve read that Magnesium & Vit D help. Do you have any other suggestions?
I would suggest a Bloodspot Fatty Acid Profile to evaluate her omega oils. Also, begin by reading my “Guide to Stop ADHD in 18 Days.” (Chapter 4 here)
I’m 38 years old and from South Africa. My husband and I would still like to have children. I heard today from the gynecologist that I have Polycystic Ovarian Tract Syndrome (cysts on my ovaries) because of stress and also IBS (irritable bowel syndrome). I’m 1.74m tall and weigh 73kg. What can I eat to heal my body from IBS and PCOS?
I would read my “Drugless Guide to Balancing Female Hormones” (PDF available here) and my “Guide to Prevent Surgery” (PDF available here). I would suggest a Urine-Iodine Loading Test to determine the amount of iodine your body needs.
I have a 7 yr old granddaughter that has had strep throat 3 times this year. How can we treat this? She is being referred to an ENT; likely protocol could be taking the tonsils out. She had tubes put in her ears several years ago. Thank you for all you do.
I would suggest eliminating sugar, wheat, dairy, and peanut butter. I would also read my “Guide to Prevent Surgery,” which has an individual chapter on tonsils.
