Male Estrogen
Hi Everyone!
These were the questions asked in this episode of #AskDrBob, including male hormones. If you have any general health questions, please email us, askdrbob@druglessdoctor.com, and we will present it in an upcoming episode. Thank you!
Hi! I know I have “insurmountable amounts” of estrogen in my body! But DB do you have or know of a “test” to verify the precise amount of testosterone vs estrogen?
I would suggest a Male Hormone Saliva Panel. We can also complete a Urine Estrogen and Testosterone Panel (Contact). More info in video. Product mentioned: Chrysin.
Dr Bob, I am wondering why is my total cholesterol is 187 which is good and my LDL is 115 not even borderline my results says that 105 or below is good and borderline is 130. So if those aren’t real bad what is making my triglycerides high 322. If that’s so high why is my LDL not real high, they say LDL is what you need to watch. Very confusing and I am trying to cut out sugar and fruit like you said. What do you think about this? Thank you.
I would suggest a total evaluation of your personal situation to complete an Omega Oils Serum Profile which will give you an idea of the state of inflammation you are in. You may also want to complete a CRP-H or HS-CRP (Contact Us) that would help give you an idea of inflammation.
Dr. Bob, a year ago I covered I have multiple Fibroid which is still small in size. Please Dr. what can I do because I don’t want to undergo surgery. Thank you for your response.
You need to lower your estrogen, either with a liver clearing product, a B vitamin, possibly Ca-D-Glucarate, and maybe begin using the castor oil pack. I would refer you to read my “Drugless Guide to Balancing Female Hormones.”
What is The Drugless Doctor thought about fasting? I am considering this for a “jump start” to weight loss – possibly for a week or two.
Your body requires fuel to survive – physiologically, the liver stores are used first, then fat, then muscle.
