I work 12 hour shifts at 3pm, and I crave salty and sweet foods. What can I do to gain more energy and keep those cravings away?
You have adrenal fatigue. I would avoid sugar and fruit. I also would suggest a product I use called ADB5 Plus to support adrenal restoration. (More info in video)
I have a rare disease, and this is my third month taking IVIGS. I have no energy and massive headaches. I hope this course helps me have more energy because I am drained every day all day.

Why limiting broccoli and cruciferous vegetables in regards to thyroid health?
Low thyroid from my observation is lack of iodine from insufficient intake and being exposed to bromine, fluorine and chlorine.
How to improve body temperature?
Improve thyroid function.

What causes acute tendonitis of the ankle and how can it be treated and prevented naturally?

I am struggling with anxiety. This began a couple of weeks ago. I am having difficulty sleeping and while I sleep I sometimes feel tremors in my upper back. Would it help to visit a chiropractor? Any advice is appreciated.
You will want to get my book on Mental Health as I mentioned above. I would need to more to help; but those with anxiety usually need minerals and B1. Chiropractic and dietary modification would help.
What are your thoughts on sparkling water? Sometimes I get tired of plain water and want some carbonation.
I would avoid excessive sparkling water because it can deplete calcium.
I watched your video on the Celtic Sea Salt. I have this recipe that was given to me a while ago and it calls for 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda 1/2 tsp. Celtic Sea Salt, 1/2 Juice of Lemon in warm water before breakfast and to wait 30 minutes before eating. Do you agree with this Baking Soda, etc? Thank you so much for all you do.
I would monitor you saliva pH overtime if you continue long term.
