Nasal Congestion
Hi Everyone!
These were the questions asked in this episode of #AskDrBob, including nasal congestion. If you have any general health questions, please email us, askdrbob@druglessdoctor.com, and we will present it in an upcoming episode. Thank you!
I love that I just found you on YouTube and now here in Instagram. I am digging deep into add and oils for helping my 6.5 yr. old. Do you have a comment about the addition of evening primrose to the DHA?
Evening primrose oil (EPO) is a source of the omega-6 fatty acids, gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) and linoleic acid (LA). Fish oil is a source of omega-3 essential fatty acids: eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). (More info in video)
I had a doctor visit yesterday because of nasal congestion for quite some time now (months). It is worse in the mornings. I was given antibiotics for 7 days to clear it up. Both of my ears were red in color. Throat was fine. Is this really necessary? I took one and then I thought to contact you. Thank you, Dr. Bob for all you do for us.
Whenever there is congestion for months, it is typically caused by a food; I would eliminate dairy, gluten, sugar, and peanut butter. Read the Tonsil Chapter in my “Guide to Prevent Surgery,” for more information.
I have varicose veins on my right leg just below my knee also on the right side. How can I treat this? Is there a special diet I need to follow?
You want to focus on your diet and supporting liver function. Please read my “Drugless Guide to Detoxification.” (More info in video)
Hello Dr Bob I have a friend who has diabetes and high blood pressure. He lost some toes and he has a sore on foot. He falls asleep out of the blue and not to himself. What can he do to save his body and life? These doctors just buying time for him because he not overweight. So what can he do to improve his health ASAP? Please help with your wisdom.
He may have narcolepsy – typically they have an acid pH (More info in video)
I suffer from an EXTREME case of eczema.
We use Blackcurrant Seed Oil for eczema, and have had great success.
I have recently listened to the advice on “you don’t need statin drugs,“ what I would like to inquire about is the 3 foods suggested taking each day, would juicing them have the same benefit?
I would eat radishes, beets, and carrots (fiber is best)
Love your website/blog, thank you! I was diagnosed with breast cancer – Invasive ductile carcinoma, with 2 positive lymph nodes, one that was extra nodal.I have had a lumpectomy and looking to see if you are aware of any testing that can be done now to determine of any other cancer in the body. The tumor removed was estrogen and progesterone positive, HER2 negative. I am aware of the Greek test, but the medical oncologist doesn’t feel it is accurate/useful. He then shared there is no testing he can do prior to chemo (other than CT, bone scan, echo). Any information you can share would be appreciated. I don’t want to do chemo, but don’t want to be foolish
I would suggest looking into the C125 Test – Please visit this link for more information.
I saw a nutritionist that did some blood and sample tests on me. I’m 62 and a woman, menopausal and night sweats every night. She claims my inflammation markers are up and My progesterone is almost completely gone. I still have estrogen (prob because i was on birth control for over 20 years) She recommends drops to put under the tongue. I have gone through 2 small bottles already with no change. Do you think I would be better off on cream? She said my testosterone is fine. Thanks.
I would suggest that you read my “Drugless Guide to Balancing Female Hormones.” It is possible you may have an iodine deficiency and/or adrenal fatigue.
