Pancreatitis
Hi Everyone!
These were the questions asked in this episode of #AskDrBob, including pancreatitis. If you have any general health questions, please email us, askdrbob@druglessdoctor.com, and we will present it in an upcoming episode. Thank you!
Ever since my daughter finished chemo and radiation in January when she has a bowel movement the paper is clean all the time. No problems with either constipation or diarrhea, and no gastrointestinal problems. Is this normal? Her bowel movements are consistent and the color is normal.
I am not sure of exactly what to tell you? You may consider an online Wellness Consultation for your daughter. Here’s additional information about the colon.
Hello Dr. Bob, I need your advice about the best vitamins for teenagers. Thanks!
Teens should focus on eating green food which is a source of calcium. I would minimize dairy products since they are foreign proteins and can create a demand on the liver resulting in acne. Eating an apple a day, with protein from an organic source and green vegetables is the best “vitamin.” Avoid sugar and soda.
What diet do you recommend for pancreatitis please?
For pancreatitis, I would avoid sugar, sweet fruit and dense protein. Avoiding all process foods is also excellent. You may consider adding Cytozyme-PAN (consult with your doctor before starting any new supplement routine).
How do I know if I’m depressed?
I recommend reading my Chapter, “Depressed, Stressed, & All the Rest,” from Dr. Bob’s Drugless Guide to Mental Health. You may also consider adding Li-Zyme Forte from Biotics Research.
