Thanks for watching this #AskDrBob!

Hi Everyone!

These were the questions asked in this episode of #AskDrBob, including prostate health. If you have any general health questions, please email us, askdrbob@druglessdoctor.com, and we will present it in an upcoming episode. Thank you!

Dr Bob, I’m 60 yr old in good health except for enlarged prostate. My doctor says it isn’t bad pretty normal for my age. What can I do or take to reduce the swelling and keep it in good health. My urine flow is sometimes weak. Also is there a multi-vitamin that’s good, and are tablets or caplets or capsules better? Thanks a bunch for your info!!

We do have protocols we use to reduce the amount of estrogen in the body (contact us). I personally would recommend taking iodine daily. I would suggest you may consider a Male Saliva Testosterone Panel to create the exact base and strategy for your health.

Are beets good for you if you have kidney cysts?

Your kidneys are considered to be the second liver. I would lay off of vinegar at the moment, and instead focus on parsley.

I have a daughter who is 16 and is having migraines. What can we do to assist? Are there food groups she needs to stay away from? Please help!!

More than likely, she has a compromised liver, which is not processing the estrogen – and why she has migraines. I also suggest having her spine evaluated by a skilled chiropractor with films. (More info in video).

I thought u said lay off of fruit? You said half a red apple a day, but isn’t that fruit which contains fructose?

To answer, yes, an apple is a fruit – but I recommend ½ of a red apple each day since there is malic acid in the apple that helps bile flow. The small amount of fructose in the apple far outweighs the positive benefits it provides in other areas.

Hello again Dr. Bob! My wife woke up several days ago with a bad stiff neck, so she visited our chiropractor. It was bad enough to warrant two more visits. However, I took my wife in to urgent care yesterday morning because she woke up with even more severe neck pain. Each time she had to move she would be in tears. It even hurt to swallow, so she went an entire day without eating. The doctor at urgent care sent her to radiology for a lumbar puncture to rule out meningitis, and if that was ruled out, she had to get an MRI done on her neck and shoulders. Long story short, after the MRI on her neck was done, the doctors suspected Calcific Tendinitis of the Longus Colli, which was confirmed after a CT scan. They prescribed bed rest, neck brace, Ibuprofen for the pain, and Flexiril for the muscle spasms, and said there’s really not much else they can do but wait for a week hopefully for the symptoms to go away. What are your recommendations to relieve the pain, heal, and prevent this from happening again?

I would encourage encourage you to read my “Guide to Prevent Surgery,” and read the Cataracts chapter which talks about the calcium/phosphorus imbalance. Also, I would make sure your wife is avoiding all sugar and fruit. (More info in video).

If you have additional questions, I invite you to have a thirty-minute consultation with myself. Please use the code: WELLNESS10 to receive 10% off your first consultation. Have a great week!
