Shoulder Pain
Hi Everyone!
These were the questions asked in this episode of #AskDrBob, including shoulder pain. If you have any general health questions, please email us, askdrbob@druglessdoctor.com, and we will present it in an upcoming episode. Thank you!
I’ve been having quite a bit of right shoulder pain for a few months now. I think it might be an impingement based on my extensive YouTube research. But it is daily and constant and was hoping maybe you have some tips or advice. Thanks Dr. Bob
The best thing to do for shoulder pain would be evaluated by a skilled chiropractor including range of motion films to determine your function.
I was recently diagnosed with AFib and they put me on Xarelto™. Is there anything I should be doing or any supplements I could be taking? Thanks for all you do to help all of us.
I would suggest filling out the B and G sheet, which I will send to you. The B vitamins help balance the nervous system and oftentimes a B vitamin may be deficient. More information is found in my Drugless Guide to Mental Health. You may also consider a Hair Analysis.
What is the difference between an omega-3 oil and omega-6 oil?
Omega-6 oils include sunflower and safflower oil, and when over-consumed, can create inflammation in the body. Omega-3 fats found in flax and fish oil reduce inflammation in the body and support nervous system function. The best way to determine what oils your body needs, would be to complete the Omega Test, which will tell you the levels of DHA and the omega-6 fats you have in your body.
