Surgery Recovery
Hi Everyone!
These were the questions asked in this episode of #AskDrBob, including surgery recovery. If you have any general health questions, please email us, askdrbob@druglessdoctor.com, and we will present them in an upcoming episode. Thank you!
I have been gluten, dairy and sugar-free for 6 yrs. and on T3 and T4. I take B, D, L-glutamine. After years of massages, physical therapy and chiropractic, I had spine surgery to remove arthritis. Since surgery in December having severe stomach and intestinal pain. I cannot get my gut calmed back down. Please help me. Thank you!
You have a lot going on! It is possible the surgery did create a demand on your liver and that may be your challenge. In this case for your surgery recovery, I would suggest reading “Dr. Bob’s Drugless Guide to Detoxification.”
I saw you on the Cardio Docu-class series. I watched the whole thing. I have a healthy diet most of the time, have done cleanses, used supplements, exercise, and do yoga. In my past, however, I used recreational drugs (excessively for periods of time). I am concerned about my heart and my liver. Which tests would you recommend so I can see how I am doing and what further changes I need to make?
I would start with the Opti-Chem on our website that will provide the basic information to create a strategy for health restoration.
Is there anything to having this blood type that is more concerning when it comes to getting the C0V!D v@cc^n$. Having this blood type, I have always experienced the worst side effects of any medications, antibiotics I have taken throughout my life. I have heard that this blood type suffers the most if they contract C0V!D? Do you have any thoughts or comments?
I would avoid sugar which weakens the immune system. Blood Type A tends to have more challenges absorbing calcium which is necessary to glue cell membranes together so unfriendly organisms cannot do their dirty work. Products Mentioned: L-Lysine, Bio-CMP, Bio-D Mulsion Forte
Hi Dr. Bob, I recently watched your video on Dysbiocide, does it help with SIBO? And will it get that bad yeast/candida; die-off; effects when taking it?
Anytime you take a product that manages the gut biome there is always a possibility of “die off”. We typically create a protocol to manage; then suggest a probiotic. You will want to limit sweets, pastry, and fruit.
