Underarm Rashes
Hi Everyone!
These were the questions asked in this episode of #AskDrBob, including underarm rashes. If you have any general health questions, please email us, askdrbob@druglessdoctor.com, and we will present it in an upcoming episode. Thank you!
Why do my daughter and I both get underarm rashes when we take a probiotic? We always take a different kind (switch it up) and we never wear the same deodorant. I have always made my own with coconut oil, baking soda and organic corn starch. She wears a name brand.
Very interesting. We commonly see underarm rashes like you described – it is a pH issue. You can contact us at customercare@druglessdoctor.com and request the Rustic Maka deodorant.
Hi Dr Bob, I was just diagnosed with osteoporosis in the spine and was wondering about your thoughts on strontium, I’ve read so many conflicting reports about whether it’s good or bad, I already take 10,000 D3, and 100 mcg K2 a day so I was a little surprised, only thing I didn’t do was weight bearing exercises which I have now begun. Thanks for your help.
We look at the calcium and phosphorus ratios. I speak about this in “Dr. Bob’s Guide to Prevent Surgery.” Osteoporosis can be a hormonal issue, absorption, and stress also play a component. Stress uses up calcium and hormonal those with a decreased amount of estrogen, may have osteoporosis.
Can you explain briefly how to manage this notalgia paresthetica? Six years ago I was diagnosed with this by a dermatologist because I had a dark spot on my back, now I am feeling discomfort and shooting pain on my shoulder blades. What could help?
The condition appears to localize in the same area the pancreas refers pain to when over stimulated. I would avoid sugar and fruit for three months and see how the body responds.
I have heard you discuss the Opti-Chem Profile many times, can you share with me what it measures and how it relates to mental health markers?
The Opti-Chem Profile helps us determine what area of excess or deficiencies are present. For example, a low alkaline phosphatase may suggest a need for zinc, needed for one’s memory.
