#OptimalU-Week 3 Recap

Hi Everyone!

We just wrapped up the third week of #OptimalU, and we are closing in on February, which we will be focusing on ______. I also want to announce that our LIVE YouTube event will be next Wednesday, January 29th, at 9 PM EST. You can RSVP (Free) here. Also, our publisher for “Dr. Bob’s Guide to Optimal Health” will be offering a HUGE sale on the book next weekend, I will post the link. Enjoy the photos/videos, and thanks for sharing on your social media sites, too!

Dr. Bob

Day 1: Fresh parsley in your salad promotes kidney function. White potatoes, which are considered a nightshade may create water retention or dropsy; yams and sweet potatoes would be a better choice.

2. Drink water thirty minutes before or after meals, since water may dilute stomach fluids needed for digestion. Limited sips (4 oz.) during meal time will not interfere with digestion.

3. Chew your food long and slowly. (Your digestive system will be glad you did!)

6. Regular bowel elimination two hours after a meal is normal. Constipation is a sign of poor function. Drink water, eat fiber.

7. Halitosis (aka bad breath) may be a sign of sluggish digestion and poor lymphatic drainage. Combine foods wisely; reduce liquids with meals.
