Sluggish Liver

#AskDrBob: Sluggish Liver, Mosquito Bites, Yeast Issue

Hi Everyone!

These were the questions asked in this episode of #AskDrBob, including a sluggish liver. If you have any general health questions, please email us, askdrbob@druglessdoctor.com, and we will present them in an upcoming episode. Thank you!

What is the best way to help a sluggish liver?

For a sluggish liver, I would suggest eating one half of a red apple per day along with one-third cup of beet fiber, two radishes and artichokes. Also, in the practice we use MCS-2, two daily, or Livotrit Plus at 3 tablets daily (I am currently taking this, but always consult your doctor before adding any nutritional supplements to your diet). Read, “Dr. Bob’s Guide to Detoxification” for more information. You may consider adding the castor oil pack.

I heard you mention mosquito bites in one of your videos, what do I take to help them from biting me?

I learned from experience that mosquitoes do not care for the fragrance of Thiamine or vitamin B1. We use Bio-B Complex and/or Bio B 100’s.

How can I tell if I have a yeast issue? I heard you mention the saliva test, what can I take for yeast if it is a positive test?

We use a test called the saliva test (Contact Us to purchase): spit in a cold glass of water first in the morning. If the sputum sinks it suggests a potential yeast issue. We use Caprin and or Agrisept-L to manage yeast issues. You may also consider reading the “Yeast Connection” by William Crooks MD.
