MTHFR and MS
Hi Everyone!
These were the questions asked in this episode of #AskDrBob, including MTHFR and MS. If you have any general health questions, please email us, askdrbob@druglessdoctor.com, and we will present it in an upcoming episode. Thank you!
I have two genetic variants of MTHFR and MS. What tips can you provide to help balance that?
For MTHFR and MS, I would suggest having an Opti-Chem Profile. This would reveal how the tissues and glands in your body are being impacted.
Hello Dr. Bob. Is there an effective natural remedy for prostate problems?
Avoid estrogen foods including soy products. Read, “Dr. Bob Men’s Health the Basics,” avoid SOY products, and focus on cleaning your liver.
I’m new to your website but heard you speak on Jonathan Landsman’s Liver webinar. I had a question about fruit. You mentioned only eating a half an apple a day. Would food combining be beneficial for the diet? Such as fruit on an empty stomach only? I remember reading a book called “Fit for Life” by Harvey Diamond, who had stomach issues and agent orange. He recommended juicing fruits and veggies. But only eating fruit on an empty stomach preferably in the AM for cleansing. Also, combined foods so they would digest better without putrefying in the stomach. He lived to be into his 90’s. Same with Jack LaLanne.
I have found over time eating fruit with a meal or after does confuse the body. We actually only promote half of an apple per day.
How do I maintain a healthy liver – what do I exclude out of my diet that could potentially irritate its proper function?
I would avoid fruit, alcohol and any process food. You may consider reading “Dr. Bob’s Drugless Guide to Detoxification.”
