Bile Tract

#AskDrBob: Bile Tract, Chronic Sinuses, Morning Headaches

Hi Everyone!

These were the questions asked in this episode of #AskDrBob, including cleaning the bile tract. If you have any general health questions, please email us, askdrbob@druglessdoctor.com, and we will present them in an upcoming episode. Thank you!

How to clean the bile tract? Thank you in advance.

For cleaning the bile tract, I would suggest adding one-half of a red apple, one-third cup of beets, a medium carrot, one or two radishes, and artichokes to your life. The combination of those items will enhance optimal livergallbladder function. We use Phosphatidylcholine as a supplement at 2 to 3 daily.

What do you suggest for a chronic sinus problem? My nose does not stop running.

Commonly, food can create a histamine reaction which results in water or fluid attention. I have found wheat, sugar, dairy and peanut butter are the most common foods creating a histamine reaction. I may suggest the FIT Test to see what foods may cause the reaction.

I have morning headaches. What might be causing them and how can I reduce the intensity?

One of the most common causes of headaches in the morning include a low thyroid along with low blood sugar. You may want to have a Thyroid Panel including TSH, T3 and T4 to check the function. Avoid fruit at night or any sweet foods before bed.
